5) CTC’s Positive Action Word of the Week
Last week, many schools completed Unit 1 of the
Thoughts-Actions-Feelings Circle which depicts the first principle of the
Positive Action philosophy: our thoughts lead to our actions; our actions
lead to feelings about ourselves; and those feelings lead to more thoughts.
This week, they will launch into Unit 2 which explores Physical and
Intellectual Positive Actions for Your Body and Mind.
This first word of the week in this unit is: Healthy: To be well or to have good health.
Many of us are striving to stay healthy at this time of the year.
Here are some tips the students will be learning: Take positive actions for my
body, eat good food, exercise, get enough sleep, avoid harmful things, and
don't spread germs.
